Chris spend time everyday to go to the house and be there for inspections and he made sure there were no deficiencies that would make us fail inspection. Moreover, he used his own links with other professionals to help us fix things. He went even further, he lowered the house price for us to enable us to get the house. He spent time before that everyday looking for the convenient house for us. What is so amazing is that he actually can advise you which house to buy instead of just wants to find you whatever house. With him you are safe all the way from zero to a hundred to find the right prices, the right house, and the right area. I do not think i could have done it without him.

From our first meeting, Chris was a straight shooter. He is extremely responsive and attentive. We toured between 20-30 homes together, and he paid attention to every detail that we loved or couldn’t live with. Being my husband’s and my first home shop, we knew what we needed on our “must have” list, but didn’t have the experience of knowing what to look out for. Without ever swaying our opinion, or steering us in a certain direction, Chris always kept us informed on certain features of the home that would need extra or immediate attention.
